Skincare niche, 5300 avp/m 100% auto. Whats it worth?

Im looking at selling 1 of my sites but I have no idea what its worth.

Its getting a average 5300 visits per month, all free traffic. It is in the skincare niche.

The domain is testskincare.com

I would have to keep the site hosted on my server (fully paid up front for 5 years) as that is where my auto poster is hosted. Other wise the buyer could move to there hosting without the auto poster, as this is awkward I would not charge the new owner a hosting fee, do you think that would work?

    I have not directly made money on the site, I was getting a average of 12-16 optins per day untill my aweber got suspended after using a facebook app I had used from the WSO section that scripted users to aweber.

    As this site was really at the back of my mind I never kept on top of the autoresponder going down and its just sat there doing nothing much for me.

    From the email list I had made around $6k in total since xmas mainly all from CPA offers in the skincare and diet niche.

      IMO you should put up Amazon.com product advertisements or at the very least, Google Adsense ads on the site.

      Get it earning something on autopilot before you try to sell it.
