Do you think these sites would sell?

Hi,

Due to horrible combination of circumstances (our landlord and my partners employer went bankrupt in the same week) I need to make £3000 by 15th June! or we could be homeless

Do you think I would be able to sell these sites and any advice on the best way to go about it:

www.kitchenaccessoriesheaven.com, this makes some income through Amazon on 1409 visitors in last month

www.thecutedogblog.com no money with 1446 visitors in last month

and

www.defeatpanic.com occasional affiliate sale and 285 visitors last month

None of these sites have extensive backlinking and are not updated regularly.

I also own the domain jpwebdesign.co.uk, which is well aged but I feel is very individual, so I think could be very hard to sell.

I would be grateful for any advice on how to proceed, or if anybody has any other ideas on making cash.

Thanks for your help.

Any site or blog can sell as long as it get some traffic, especially organic traffic, you can list it for sale on Flippa.

Hi Merlincat, if you want to list your site at flippa, you must pay $19 for listing, and you must pay success fee ($10) if your list already sold.

I already list all of my site at flippa, this is for example, ht*tps://flip*pa.com/2750443-10-amazon-website-niche-indexed-already-earning-no-reserve

hope I will get cash to build my another project

and hope you will get $3000 ASAP

    Thankyou
    Indra

I've never sold a website, but I've read a lot on the topic of blog flipping over the years. This is what I remember from what I've read.

If you're able to show proof of income for the first site and a steady or upward trend in traffic, you'll be more likely to get a higher price. I don't think you'll have issues selling the first of the lot.

If the others aren't making money you can highlight the fact that it is receiving traffic and has unique content (if that's the case) to highlight the value. Sites that aren't making money sell all the time, just not at a very high price.

Anxiety is a pretty hot niche, so hopefully someone will bite at a decent price for that one.

      Thanks for your replies

I have been researching values of sites today and it's really getting me down, I have just put all my domains through godaddy auction appraisal to see what the domains worth.

I have a site called stopcatspeeing.com that was hit hard by google and go daddy value domain at upto $346...so maybe worth selling that domain?

If you had domain names, without sites on them would you sell them through godaddy or flippa?
