No lie ther, my bro! If people would spend 1/10 the time doing customer service and follow up they would not have to write "help, I'm flondering in my online biz!" It is the KEY! If you ask me...

Thanks for that post Brad! Agree that its always important to put the customers needs first and then think of it from their perspective to always develop a great rapport and build trust with them for sure! Without the customer, there is no sale, without the trust there is no rapport. By focusing on the customer's needs and wants leads to trust. Nice post!
