Cheers Brad. So many people louse up when it comes to Customer Support and follow through and then wonder why it is so hard to make money online.

Thanks for that post Brad! Agree that its always important to put the customers needs first and then think of it from their perspective to always develop a great rapport and build trust with them for sure! Without the customer, there is no sale, without the trust there is no rapport. By focusing on the customer's needs and wants leads to trust. Nice post!
