Little Dilemma With Aweber

Hey guys,

So here is my question.

I used an email parser to put anyone who buy one
of my product on a customer list on aweber, I also
use the automation rules to put the buyer onto this
list and to unsubscribe him immediately from the
prospect list once he confirms he's new subscription.

But! Here is my problem...

Some of my customer do not confirm their subscription
to the buyer list (I use confirmed optin, no choice), but what
I'm afraid of is, if they are automatically unsubscribe from
my prospect list and do not confirm their new subscription
to the buyer list....am I losing my customer???

I hope you guys understand what I'm saying here.

It's like you automatically delete the only person who
said yes I'm interested about your service!!

So, does it happen this way?

    Yes I see you are saying, buyers who automatically get deleted,
    will have to re-confirm which can make you lose buyers, which isn't good.


    Can you turn off the double optin feature, on that ?
    (on a buyer list) if they are added via Parser, or Wsoplus?

    Others can correct me if I'm wrong but the adding of one list and the automatic deletion from the other list will not happen until they do in fact confirm to the new list as the action to the new list is not yet complete until they confirm their optin.

    To know for sure I suggest you go through the process yourself and test it using one of your other email addresses.

    Sign up to List A and confirm. Then sign up to list B and check list A before you confirm to see if you are still on that list or if you have been deleted. Then confirm your request to the new list and go back and check to see if you have been deleted from list A and are now on list B.

    i use aweber, but i only run single optin on all my buyer lists. Actually i run single optin on most of my prospect lists as well.

    Why can't you run a single optin list for buyers?

      hehe sorry yeah I just can't...since the day I opened my aweber
      account, after only 1 week using it, they put all my lists into
      confirmed ones because they say I had a high ratio of complaints...

      Like I said they said I had too many complaints.... I told them
      it was only 0.01 which was only 1 people at the time and they
      say ok but still we dont care.... I'd like to use single optin for
      my buyers it would make my life easier... now I have to tell them
      why they must confirm and so on...
