Warriors,

how many of you are really outsourcing the way you should?

Delegation is the reason why most online entrepreneurs are capable of expanding their businesses to make them more profitable.

Yes, it is hard to outsource if you have no budget, but even in this case you can do a part time online or offline job to earn some additional cash. There is really no excuse why not to do it.

Your online business should always be your priority #1, so that you don't fall off the ladder.

In this image, you'll see my 8 indispensable - positive outsourcing consequences that you simply cannot ignore or neglect.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #1 - Productivity:

That might be one of the first things that shoots into your mind. There is nothing better than being more productive and spending more quality time on marketing techniques or projects that are more profitable.

A great, constant level of productivity leads to higher performance which will improve your results and outcomes.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #2 - Extra Time:

Obviously, time is another positive consequence. You can always make another dollar, but you cannot make another minute. Spent time is gone forever and you cannot recover it to any degree.

As an online marketer, your goal should be to spend your time wisely on tasks that have the greatest impact, not the smallest. Time management and extra time that you get from outsourcing, is the key to making more money online.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #3 - Higher ROI:

Your return on investment will significantly increase by delegating work that people can do for almost no money.

Many people who I worked with in SEO mean that outsourcing actually decreases their ROI, because they need to invest more money. But this is a very frugal statement that's far from the truth.

Yes, you spent money on membership programs, SEO services and VAs, but you make more money by not doing simple tasks, so that you can put your attention on higher ROI projects. You should outsource everything that is easy to do, doesn't ask for high skills and costs you not much.

It's very hard to outsource tasks that ask for a high level of trust and skill. Here you would need to find people you can trust, plus have experience.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #4 - Creating Your Own Products:

You'll have more time to create your own products which leads to building your brand and making more money. Your goal should always be on creating your own information products, no matter what medium.

This way you can earn passive income by finding affiliates who are willing to promote your products, additionally, you make money through WSOs, sales pages, promoting to lists, banner ads, etc.

Getting into product creation is one of the most profitable business moves you can make, so do it!

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #5 - Building New Relationships:

Here is where you should spend a decent amount of your time. You can build new relationships with online marketers to expand your business - find affiliates to promote your projects, coaches, coachees, clients, mentors, and much more!

The quality of your relationships equals the amount of money you make and how consistently you make it.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #6 - Coaching:

Here is where you build your brand as well as help others get to where you are. I personally love coaching to the fullest extent, not just because of the money I make but because of the possibility to help people with amazing talent and drive. This is what makes it worthwhile for me.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #7 - Outsourcing Skills:

Yes, while you outsource your tasks to others, you learn essential skills, and at the same time it will help you to become more versed.

If you're great at outsourcing you can easily manage many projects at once without doing too much work. If you outsource more than you do work, you get in the planning, teaching, managing and reviewing mode.

Positive Outsourcing Consequence #8 - Leadership:

Leadership is another indispensable, positive outsourcing consequence. This point is closely related to point #7 and helps you in many ways. You benefit by having others do the work for you, plus others benefit by the work you give to them.

To your success,

Gerald

Yes... outsource your tasks that will not make money, so you could focus on making money for the business

I outsource my email replying tasks. Replying emails is very important for the business, but it really takes time.
It's pretty easy so you could outsource it to the others.

Definitely. It's smart to spend time working on the business, not in the business. Working in the business makes sense when you just started of and don't really have any special skills.

You need to learn certain tasks first, so you'll be able to outsource them at a later point.
