Client's sharing photos

Hi, Can someone help me out please?
I build websites and normally I get the client's images from them by a memory stick or CD but this is slow.

I'm looking for a system where my clients can share their files with me but they don't have to download a program and it's simple to use (my clients are technophobes).

I would either embed it into my site or create a link, they would click browse and upload and send me files. I don't use Wordpress so plugins from them aren't an option.

Many thanks.
Regards, Toby

If you have a WP site there is a free file share plugin:

WordPress › WP Client File Share « WordPress Plugins

Just set it up at your site and have clients login and submit images.

There also paid plugins available if you search around.

Get your own image hosting script. Plenty of great free ones out there.

Thanks for everyones feedback but unless I'm mistaken drop box is something that needs to be installed on the senders computer. I use it now myself.

I wondered if something like Pando would do it? Has anyone had any negative experiences?

Why not just use Mediafire or Password protect the image files? That would solve your problems easily.
Its easy to password protect via winrar.

While I realize you don't want to use a service or product that requires your clients to install anything, I 4th Dropbox.

That being said, you could probably have a simple php upload script built and password protected on your server for under $300. Hit up Odesk for this. Should be a pretty simple job for someone qualified.

Thanks guys for your feedback. I'll check out these alternatives. I'm sure someone has solved the issue before. It certainly looks like Mediafire could be my solution though I'll check out doing something with our server first.
