How to hire somone to queue up emails for you?

As I worked in 4 different niches, and some niches require me to blast out like 4-5 broadcasts per day (to different niches), I feel that is very time-consuming to login autoresponders and queuing up emails.
Do you know any way I can hire someone trustworthy to do this job? I know it's very hard because if the employee becomes greedy, he may steal the lists. But I've seen some big marketers do this smoothly. They just need to forward some promotion swipes to their guys and those swipes are then queued up.
