What’s Your most ridiculous niche?

This should be a bit of a giggle ... what’s the strangest niche you’ve come across? I mean, we have all heard of Kerns "Teach your Parrot to talk", right?

What are some others?

I will start with the following…

Underwater Basket Weaving
Wombat Herding
Teach Your Cat to Tango

Thank you for your post. I don't think it's a good idea to reveal your RIDICULOUS niche.
It takes intensive research to come up with a ridiculous niche that makes you money. You will also find so many marketers prefer not to share their niche simply because they are giving away their business secret

Sadly, not every one has the same intention as yours, although the majority do

With all my respect to all fellow warriors,that was only my 2 cents.

Offcourse nobody want's to reveal his or her Profitable niches.... However, I doubt that anyone would ever make any money in the “Underwater Basketweaving” niche...

but then… the Internet never stops to astound!

The niche called "Par Golf".

It's where you literally play a whole round of golf without a golf ball.

You walk the whole course with your caddy and clubs and play imaginery golf.

That way you can visualise where you hit the ball better and where you will hit the ball to, in your mind.

I tried it once but hit mine mentally in the woods and I am still there looking for it :-)

I won't mention anything specific, but...

When doing legitimate keyword research for my niche lists and ProHotList forum, I am struck by how many off-the-wall XXX subniches there are. Some of them do make sense due to slang terms, but others are downright weird.

When I discover a certain phrase is pornographic, I remove it from the results. Not trying to be a censorship prude, but the "adult" terms are taken out because they aren't relevant.

Um. Someone I know very well is an adult webmaster. He told me about 2 really odd XXX niches.

1. Ladies Keds Sneakers (Erm, guys don't wear em, but use em instead of thier hands for other stuff...Ew)

and

2. Giant Balloons (This is not a slang terms for boobs, they mean real inflatable balloons. The sites aren't even dirty. Just pretty girls in bikinis holding gigantic balloons mostly. I don't understand it).

I used to sale *Urinators* as an affiliate.

This is what the product looks like synthetic concentrated urine is best used with the urinator and is used for genetic urine testing

The one I sold was slightly different...

Not my niche, but ran into once while doing research: mousetrap cars. I had never heard about it before -- and yet if you run a Google search, you'll see mousetrap car guides, kits, videos and more. Evidently people build and race 'em. Who knew?

Teaching your parrot to talk is actually a very viable niche and one that has a lot of interest. Thankfully my parrot already talks so I don't have to teach him
