Selline 301 redirect website on FLIPPA

I just wanted to know that is there market for 301 redirect websites? One of my sites got penalized and I did a sneaky redirect to new site and deleted all the content in "old" site.After that it has been in top 3 for all of the keywords for 1,5 months.
Would someone buy it? Should I sell the "old" domain and "new" domain together? Should I even mention this thing to the buyer? What's your thoughts about this one?
