INTERNET MARKETING

I am quite inspired how Fiverr is making millions a month just by using a simple idea which was already there in the offline market before. Damn! Why didn't i think of it before...

How do such people get such awesome ideas?

How can we think of some awesome ideas that can potentially make us millionares?

I feel the same way about Penny Auction sites.. every time I do the math for how much they make I just cry!

You have to analyze marketing that you see happening around you. The more you look at businesses and what they do, the easier it is to come up with ideas. You have to always be problem solving.

  The easiest way is to take ideas from different markets and use them in your own niche.
  
  Think Henry Ford. He got the idea for a production line from a slaughter house. Then he made billions.
  
  Always pay close attention to everything you see and how you could apply it/change it/make it better with your niche.

  Sorry but I call Bull****... anyone can do this, you just have to shift your focus, shift your line of thinking and gain experience.
  
  People who come up with ideas by thinking outside the box have more experience. They also have more failures than one would care to count. They think differently and they approach problems much different than the average person who does not have experience.
  
  Those who do not have experience think about what "they" want instead of putting themselves in the shoes of their market. They lack confidence and the nohow to put things in motion. All of this can be taught!
  
  It's all about experience people!
  
  Oh, they also have one more thing... an appetite to succeed. They implement ideas fast and furious instead of humming and hawing over details and asking tedious questions that just don't matter.
  
  A lot of people get so wrapped up in the little stuff they don't have a hope in hell of every getting their ideas off the ground.
  
  Plain and simple... they make S*** happen!

Being in the right place and the right time with the right idea might work, but it's rare.

Business needs targets, visions, goals, systems, strategies, confidence, commitment and all the rest.

The "group brain" method of improv comedy often works well to generate new, outside-the-box ideas. Start by tossing out a concept and have everyone add to it. It will morph eventually and you'll get something unique and interesting.

The easiest way is to dream endlessly, without barriers and limits.
Brainstorm what people need and forget about limits like money and other resources you may not have.

  Also just Google creative thinking ideas. Find out how the great geniuses used to think (Einstein, Edison, etc).
  
  You can use music or meditation to block out your inner voice. Let your subconscious come through more.
  
  You could lucid dream; speak directly to your subconscious.
  
  Mathematicians and programmers use this to work out hard equations/code, wake up and write it down. Artists use it to inspire paintings. Directors use it to inspire movies.

the freakonomics books also help you to start thinking about things in a different way. Basically they help to make you look at why things are happening in a way that most never think of. I don't totally agree with all their ideas, but they definitely make some compelling cases and make you think about how various things all work together to influence each other. When you do that, you often times end up with good business ideas.

the starting outside the box idea.. is what kind of site can i set up that helps many other people make a little bit of money .

Ideas usually come to me when I'm not usually purposely trying to think about them so I say always keep a pen and paper around so that you are always ready for an out of the box idea. You may get it while driving or sitting in a classroom or your office etc. Just be ready for it when it comes

You cannot plan for out of the box ideas. You have to create an atmosphere for such ideas.
Also out of the box are only out of the box when its implemented. Else its just out of the mind ideas

Try to combine two or three ideas together. Remember, creativity starts by copying. There is nothing new under the sun, so don't reinvent the wheel, but focus on iterative improvement.
