Can you actually create any product?

Is it really possibly to create any product that you want?

For example, I visited a dog site which sells training videos to train dogs.

Ok, so what is the proper way to create such a product I asked myself.

Since I don´t know anything about dogs, these training videos must be outsourced ( a little more undertaking than a simple ebook) and I guess something like this does not come cheap.

What would you have done If you wanted to create a similar product but didn´t have the experience, what route would you take to create a similar dog product?

Sincerely
Karl

I would contact a local professional dog trainer
and ask if he/she would be interested in a joint venture.

I'd record, edit, produce and market the videos and share
    the profits with the trainer.

    Yes, actually, it is.

We can all write about what we have knowledge of and if there is something you don't know about, learn! A Google search can help. Buying the 'other guy's products' and learning from them can also help. Do your research or hire someone to do it for you.

Once you have the knowledge, put it into a tangible form using your own words and video and sell it. (Don't just copy someone's product! That's a copyright violation!)

    How hard is that?

Anything you can't do (or don't have the time to do) can be outsourced for a few bucks. Video production companies can be hired to create a video product, website designers can be hired to create your website, anything can be outsourced, even Google page ranking and SEO. If you have the money, all you have to do is write the checks! You can hire someone else to do the rest of it.

But if you want a quality product and must outsource it, don't be afraid to pay for good quality. Don't expect anyone to work on the cheap to help you profit.

Spending $10,000 for a high quality video production is more than worth it if you know you'll earn several hundred thousand dollars over the next few years.

Just be sure the product subject is not a short-lived fad, but something that will be popular and in-demand for years, and something that is popular with millions, such as the Super Bowl. Few will give a care about a small-town dog and pony show.
