CD/DVD Software/Multi-Media Fullfilment Center (Who's the best?)

I did a little test the other day and discovered I'd close to triple my sales if I offered a mailed copy of my software and products.

With this in mind can someone recommend a fulfillment center?

Thanks!

    If it's just a cd/dvd in a case, try Kunaki.com

I use them myself and it's very cheap - $1.75 for a high quality cd/dvd in a case and shrinkwrapped.

I have used Kunaki and pretty happy - you get a 'test one' sent to your address so you can check the graphic art cover , sound quality etc.

, - you can also get some quotes from craigslist (I used that a few years back - someone local did a great job)

Saw recently Willie Crawford on his blog reviewing a very cool new tool - will test out that new s/w that integrates ebay, kunaki, paypal, and aweber/getresponse for an offline client of mine, seems powerful to integrate all that together!

If all you need to mail is a CD it's Kunaki all the way - be sure to grab an automated script to automate your delivery/shipping.

Otherwise, try Online Printing Company - Mimeo.com or CD Duplication, CD DVD Replication and DVD Duplication Services if you need something more than just a CD or DVD to go out.

    Best of luck!

Great resources, I never knew about Kunaki.com

I was going to say do-it-yourself (cases, printed design templates, and authored disc) but now I'd recommend one of those services listed above.

I use Kunaki for my blog carnival submission software and I've never had any problems. Not only do they put out a quality product but you can also use their payment processor & they will automatically ship it to your customer upon completion to boot.

With that said, I use PayDotCom to accept payments so that I can offer an affiliate program, plus I get paid right away via paypal.

Highly Recommended from a happy client!

For my mass-produced stuff I use Disk.com for duplication but for smaller quantity stuff I just go to local places. There's a duplication shop 5 minutes from my office, for example I needed to duplicate 1,000 DVDs and they did them for $1.00 each including full-cover printing and plastic cases.

      Support your local businesses!!

    Thanks everyone...

I looked at Kunaki.com and was very disappointed that they are PC only? That's just crazy, any serious computer user is on a Mac these days.

I'll try some of the other options.

    Thanks again.

Kunaki is a very good service to use, although not neccessarily the cheapest. I have been selling dvd media on ebay using Kunaki

We integrated Kunaki and Vervante into Nanacast for physical product and physical continuity automation for publishers.

The reason we chose Vervante is because they came highly recommended and they also have more of a high touch individualized approach to helping first time publishers as well as experienced publishers who needed a more responsive company unlike Kunaki.

Also we chose Vervante because they will print single or various packages of cd and dvds as well as books, binders, and combo packs all on demand and net 30. Vervante also ships worldwide via USPS and does not add any surcharges onto the postage.

We intergrated both Kunaki and Vervante with our ecommerce api so that publishers could have a choice. With Kunaki we also made it so that publishers could offer up to 5 kunaki cd or dvds bundled in one order.

I also like vervante because you can speak to a real person, they provide other services like cover design for those who need it, they are willing to bundle and fulfill other products you ship to them with your on demand print orders that they produce, and as a bonus they will list you on Amazon automatically without you even having to have an amazon account.

I only use Vervante...recommend them as well

Kunaki is closed to new registrants by the looks of things. Anyone have experience with Lulu?

Kunaki is my favorite, They are closed to new people while they upgrade, but those of us that are in there can order and do business. Its no frills, I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for a BRAND newbie.
I recently ordered some of my own dvds and they look great. packaging is nice, padded envelope, came in perfect condition.
