Have you ever had a bad day?

Good day,

So often life hands us a curve but I want you to know that you are not alone. Never focus on the problem.. Focus on the solution... Your next thought should be a positive one. Try this.. go to a place that is quiet and undisturbed. Now, this may seem hard at first but take 10 minutes and think of the life that you want to live.. The wealth, the health, the relationships. Give thanks for the things that you have now and when it appears that no way is there..... a way will be made.

Bad days - they are what other people have - I've got no time for them myself.

Incidentally, your 'one size fits all cure' is neither one size nor does it fit all. Some people are too busy living and squeezing goodness out of their days to waste time in introspection.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.

Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!

Wow, you just made what was intended as a positive post by Montra appear as a negative one.

    Hi, Barry,

Sorry about that but I am sick and tired of seeing cures invented before the disease appears.

I am also alarmed at the number of times posts like this one can trigger a cascade response with people thinking "Wow! That's good advice!" and then creating 'bad days' to see if the advice works.

To put it into perspective, My father was blind so from the age of 3 I was his eyes, my mother was a grande mal epileptic with an IQ around 25 so from the age of 4 I was my parents' negotiator, at age 11 I contracted cancer and have had it ever since with a chronic 24/7/365 headache so, you can imagine, I don't think I was ever a child and I am seldom in good health. I have buried three wives and two children and spent too many years in hospital.

But I have never had a bad day.

    I don't believe in them.
