When you Find a Domain Niche, do you REALLY DO IT!? !?!
When you find a hot Domain Niche that no ones exploited, do you REALLY DO IT?
By that, i mean do you buy all the domains and try to own all the sites that rank in the top 5 results?
I've been doing that with flipping lately and wondered if anyone else tries this.
I just found a niche that NO ONE competes in for the second time this year. The first time I made $4k from selling all the projects.
It looks like I stand to make about $2k-$3k this time, the first site's already doing ~$100 adsense monthly; since fixing all the HTML around the 10th of June. So I plan to sell for 10x-15x of monthly income. More if I can get it on Flippa perhaps.
Anyone else try this strategy?
