[Help] PayPal 3100 Error - When I Use W+ or JVZoo

I couldn't find a single page on the web about this error.

I set up a product using JVZoo or Warrior Plus without any error or problems, but when i try to buy them for testing (Using another PayPal account). I get an Error 3100 : "We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment."

Tried several times but no luck. I get it after i enter my paypal password. The funny thing is if the paypal account doesn't have enough balance i don't get that error, instead i get "couldn't complete transaction sort of error" which is normal.

If i try to buy by clicking the paypal's button (not JVZoo's or W+s) i can buy it.
The paypal account is not verified btw...

    Have you tried buying someone elses product?

    Are you using the test order link JVZoo gives?

      Yep i tried to buy my own product with the link paypal gives, i can buy with it. The problem is shen try the links given by JVZoo or W+

    Maybe it is because the paypal account is not verified.

    Some vendor protect themselves by not accepting fund from unverified account.

    The same can be said with payment processor.

      I specifically stated that it is an unverified account in the tickets i sent to w+ and jvzoo, they didn't say anything about that.
