Has anyone had Paypal dispute a sale you had and not the buyer itself?

I got an email friday stating that they are disputing a transaction that I had. It wasnt from the buyer but from Paypal saying that there might be something going on with the buyer. They wanted me to send all information on what I sold and if the person got it or not. Just curious if anyone has had this happen before. I am still waiting for them to reply to the disputed transaction.

    Hi Jason,

    Yes, that happened to me. They said there was something "unusual" with the buyer. I never did figure out what they were talking about. Finally the dispute went away and so did my money for the sale. I have no idea why, and did not wish to "stir" it so I just let it go.

      Yea I am going to let it go just was curious if it happened with anyone else. Thanks for the input

        Happened to me a few times, the best thing to do is try and give paypal the details they require as quickly as possible.

        Doing this I have managed to win the majority of disputes.
