On how many resources do you promote your website or product?

I know that everyone here is promoting websites in their own niche so it's useless to ask where you advertise your products or websites. Instead, I want to ask on how many websites do you promote your stuff every single day?

I promote my "stuff" on over 10 websites, even more if you count blogs! The more you get out there, the more traffic you get, the more sales to get!

Its a pretty nice cycle if you ask me.

I've currently got around 120 traffic sources that go to my IM blog, but very few of those get new content/promotions from me every day. When I post a new blog, it goes to all of them, either directly or indirectly.

For my ecommerce site, I get the traffic only from Adwords Display Network. Adwords shows my ads on 2-5 sites.

if it's free traffic and u do it alone - as much as u can chew on. articles, web 2.0. social, rss, blogs, video and so on

paid traffic - start with 1 campgain. optimize it, start another one in diff source.

I don't think that the most is the best, it needs to have good quality too. Don't try to promote your IM site on many sites, choose the sites you will "work with". In my opinion it's good to start with a few and increase them as you are growing as an affiliate, when you will have the knowledge to choose where to promote your products.

The idea is to get the maximum exposure using the limited time and resources that you have available. So yes, there is always a trade off here.

I only do it on a handful of different ones a day. I don't want to promote too fast.
