Moving this forums database..?

Just interested - how did the guys behind this forum manage to convert and move the tables from the old database to the new one?

The only thing I could think of that would do it would be Ascential data stage... What did you guys use?

    They actually have a wide range of tools at their disposal the main process being trained hamsters. These hamsters are highly skilled and versatile. It is amazing what they can do in such a short time.

    Seriously though, these new generation forums have a lot of converters built in or available from the creators of the forum software and you can be sure there were a few private test runs prior to launch.
