Looking For Easy Way To Make / Scrape Amazon Pages on My Own Domain

Hi,

can anyone recommend a good & affordable product to easily create Amazon product pages on my own domain.

An excellent quality score is important because I'll be driving PPC traffic to those pages.

I'm having quite some success as an Amazon affiliate but the dreaded Google Adwords one Url policy is making me go into bidding wars I actually don't want to go into :-)
