Released/Co-Published my first ever book this weekend!
Hey Warriors,
I helped to release and co-publish my first ever book,
"The Drunk Timeline: Good Drinks, Bad... this weekend on Amazon.comin the downloadable Kindle Format. I didn't write the book (one of my good childhood friends did), but I formatted, published and marketed the entire release. It's gone great so far, we've sold a good amount of copies, received solid reviews and done well with promotion
This is my first venture into book publishing/marketing and I really like the area of internet marketing. There is plenty of potential to make money, especially when you release the book on a viable site like Amazon. Yes, Amazon does take 30% of sales revenue, however I believe they add more to the total because of their reputation on the Kindle marketplace. It's been awesome to help my friend accomplish a lifelong dream of publishing a book as well, he's been ecstatic with the results!
If anyone has any specific questions on my little book publishing journey, feel free to ask! I'd suggest you check out my friend Joe Brocc's book .. It's a hilarious collection of booze filled stories charting Joe's journey from high school through college, including some funny mishaps with women.
