I'd like to have feedback on this site:

specifically, things that you would do to provide social proof

AND how you would drive traffic to the site.

    I should clarify who the target market is.

    first, homeowners who have properties in default/preforeclosure who want to walk away from the property quickly.

    second, gatekeepers (affiliates) such as Realtors, lenders, short sale negotiators, loan modification companies, etc who can refer clients for a referral fee

    Nice looking site and I would go to blogs in that niche and post comments. Also I would write some articles along that train of thought. Hope this helps.

    If I'm honest, I saw a box infront of me wanting to get my email details etc, without know what it was all about beforehand. I think it would be more pertinent to have it further down the page so people can at least see what your services are all about before they commit.

    I understand what it is you are doing, but your site doesn't say who you are. There's some blurb about foreclosure and what it can do and from the testimonials you are doing a great job, but nothing about your history, something about the way you operate.

    As I said, from the testimonials you do what you say you do, but for a website I think I'd like to know more about the kind of commitment I'd have to make in order for me to ask you to take on my foreclose.
