How do you buy (and flip) websites with no money down?

If you want to flip a website you'll need to at least start with at least enough to register a domain. You can get pretty solid free hosting @ http://www.freehostia.com

I'd start by building your own site and targeting a handful of very low competition keywords in your articles / content. (Which will make your pages rank a lot faster with a smaller amount of backlinks.)

Start driving traffic by posting at high traffic / niche related forums, creating videos, etc. Hopefully you'll pull in a few sales and start ranking within a month. You can then turn around and flip the site for a small amount, buy another site, and go from there.

Alternatively, have you thought about offering some sort of service here? (Even just from your sig.) It may be a quicker way to build up a little bit of money to help buy your first site.

You at least want some money to put down... With the money you spend on WSOs you could probably use that for hosting or purchasing a domain. Hosting and Domain, then just build on that for about a month, generating traffic and some sales. You can then flip the site, or you can hold on the site.

You at least want some money to put down. There are also people on forums and Flippa, also ebay that sales their websites for under $50. Might not be something you may want, but it will be cheap.

Yes, that is one way. I actually make money online selling products and services online as a middleman, for a markup. I was thinking it might be possible to do this with websites too....i.e. find a website someone is selling, and simply remarket it elsewhere for a markup, without buying it upfront. When the customer orders from me, I pay the seller, then deliver the website to the buyer and I keep the profit from my markup as a middleman.In fact, I've already got some companies lined up that will make micro niche and turnkey sites for me, and they said it's perfectly ok if I do this, they said I don't need to pay for the site upfront, I can simply market it and then buy from them when I get an order.I have successfully used Backpage.com for promoting other products and services as a middleman, could this also be used to sell websites? What are the best places to resell a website, as middleman, and preferably without having to pay to advertise?

I'm not sure which book it was, but the only way I know how to flip a site with no money down is to build one. You can build no traffic/no revenue sites on Flippa for about $40 per site and try to flip them from $100-$250.

Other than that you would just be looking into brokering deals for other sellers. If you do that you can build up some cash flow, then buy and sell.

Buy hosting and domains and build them, rank them, promote them, get them to earn revenue and flip them. I don't know of anyone who would "sell" a website for no money.

One concept I learned from the wealth building guru T.Hark Eker is that you can sell products or services before you have them, or at least before you have to pay for them.For instance, if you sell Product A to a customer before you have to pay the supplier for Product A, then you have successfully bought and sold a product for no money down. Once you've been paid by the buyer, you then pay the supplier and keep the profit for yourself.I'm trying to apply this concept to buying and selling websites, hopefully it will work.

Yes, that principle does work. But it's going to be very difficult. This would mean you'd have to contact folks looking to sell websites, market them to prospective buyers, and then close the deal - before the original seller ends up selling it off in the first place.

Try affiliate marketing to build quick cash. Like it was said before use that money you spent to buy domain names. Build a solid list of customers and buyers of websites and broker the deal.

The whole concept of "No money down" can be misleading. It doesn't always mean that no money changes hands, just that none of the buyers money is put into a transaction at the start.
If you buy something with a credit/charge card, you just bought with "no money down."

You can't buy and flip sites with no money down. You have to pay to play.

Unless your doing high dollar deals and have control of someone else's money then your going to have to put money in somewhere.
