Amazon niche sites for sale - why do some not allow flipping/reselling?

I have noticed that many do not allow reselling/flipping if I were to buy an Amazon blog sold singly or when they are sold in limited quantities such as 25 copies of a blog.

I have heard on another forum, that someone bought up all or many of the plr copies of something that the person had offered, say it was 10, and put them up for resale at a higher price. So I can see where this idea may come from.

I wanted to get others feedback on this before I started selling single and multiple copies of blogs or websites.

What is your reasons? Why or why not when it comes to reselling these?

Thanks,
Jeannie

    1. one possible reason they dont have developer licence for that particular theme or plugin they are using.

2.selling plr products are good idea but you need to find your market first and see what kind of product they buy, for example if you come in IM niche and try to sell on warrior forum itself, you will see too much competion and you probably wont make any profit out of this process, thats why you should not for for blog selling, and you can trust me as i was one of website build service provider since 2009 and sold so many custom blogs to several warriors they need a solid reason to buy your product..and i dont find why should someone buy plr blog if they cant help them in making money except selling theme as a plr package.

or just go to complete website for sale segment you will see what i mean by above things.

      Thanks for your comment Rajiv.

There is a lot of competition for sure, however, I believe I have something people will want.
And only a segment of the online people even know about the Warrior Forum.

With Amazon sites, people don't go for just one or two, I have several myself. So even if they have a few, many will want more.

Once the content is reworked, why would a plr blog not be able to help someone make money?

Back to the question, why are people not wanting the buyers to flip or resell what they have bought?

Jeannie, i agree with you people need more..but they will buy only if you have reason to hit buy now button, as you said you know your audience and you have quality product too then i dont see any reason why not people buy from you..

I give resell rights but I didn't with the other PLR blog site I owned. Reason ... saturation. If you look in the Complete Sites for Sale section, you'll see tons of people selling them. Giving resell rights would only increase that.

When I first started listing my blogs in that section, there were two of us. As you can see, that is no longer the case. In addition, there are some sellers in there who attempt to dominate most of the front page of that section by listing a ton of them on the front page. You get a couple sellers doing this and there's little room left on the front page to stay on it for any amount of time. The competition there is crazy.

      Suzanne,

Saturation is certainly something to consider. No need to make more competition for oneself
especiallly when it is something you made yourself to start with. lol.

I agree the section to sell websites here is crazy competitive.

For sellers that sell a limited license number PLR blogs, then allowing other people to sell them would totally negate any benefit that limited license would have.

People buying PLR blogs where only 25 licenses are sold are expecting only 25 copies of that same blog to exist.

For my PLR blogs, I let the buyer flip the blog once and only after they put it on their own domain and get traffic. Then they give up their rights to that license. That way, they have an exit strategy if they don't feel like running the site anymore.

It makes sense to me for PLR blogs, but I can't think of any reason why anyone selling unique blogs wouldn't let you resell it.

Thanks Lee, that is what I was looking for. People don't always want to continue the blog for whatever reason.
