If i just sell affiliate products without lets say reviewing them or such and I live outside the us do I still have to use disclosures?

    That's a question best answered by a lawyer, not a forum where the advice you will get will be varied and very possibly incorrect.

    [Disclosure] I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on tv

    but having said that...

    I'm outside the USA, and I use a disclosure. Not a big deal, and worth it since it is possible to be sued in a US court even if you are outside the US. Personally, I think it's just a good habit.
