Looking for Feedback & Marketing Advice

We recently built a website resource, ContactSquid.com, to manage our database of contacts by business category, location and preference (Our spreadsheet was not cutting it anymore).

We also built it so others could benefit from it as well and it includes a light CRM, referral system and SEO features. As an example of the SEO features you can do a search for "Fresno Bridal Jewelry" which The Vault's profile shows up #1 on Google.

Now I'm hoping to get some feedback on improvements we can make that would encourage more people to utilize our site. Any help is appreciated.

    Is it like odesk.

Basically what I am asking what will the visitor get when they land your website and what the service you are providing exactly to the visitor.

I have checked your website, you should focus more on the service you provide, as I have landed I can only see login details above the fold, top contributor but I don't know what I will get, so you have few second to tell the visitor a brief about your website. So I believe whenever a visitor lands your website, you need to show what they will get and big benefit in big heading or so..

I hope this might help you..

It's not really like anything I've seen on the internet. Odesk is more of a resource to find freelancers. Although you can use our site to find contractors, which are ranked by how many people listed them as a resource contact.

Thanks for the input regarding the landing page. It really helps to get an outsiders perspective. We discussed this in our meeting today and plan on having some sort of banner on the home page that rotates with the main features of the site.

Thanks for the advice DigitalBay. Is there a service that pulls all of the following data:

      1. Business Name
      2. Contact Name
      3. Phone Number
      4. Email Address
      5. Business Category
