Tricky Chargify and JVZoo integration question

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone here has good experience with setting up an affiliate program and working with JVZoo. I'm starting a business with a subscription-based model that will provide various helpful services such as pay-by-phone service for stranded motorists, turn-by-turn directions, traffic lookup, etc. All service will be accessible with a simple toll-free call. Anyway I have various levels of subscriptions. For example premium service is $78 setup and $29 per month thereafter. Another smaller service is $39 and $14 per month thereafter. I am using Chargify for reoccurring billing. It is set up nicely there with coupon codes to create incentives for people by offering a discount to sign up.

I'm also looking to set up an affiliate program in which affiliates also give their earnings (usually 5% of their earnings to charity). I think people will actually like the affiliate program better because it shows they part of a program that gives back to the community.

For example, for the premium service I will hand out brochures with a $20 off coupon code. When people sign up then, their setup fee will be $78-$20 = $58. That is great for them. But then I also want my JVZoo affiliates to get a $19 commission and $6.65 per month thereafter! My idea has that little extra twist with the new customer getting $20 off, and the affiliate getting $20 (but 5 percent of $20 (meaning $1) will be given to charity (5% being the minimum amount)). I want this 5 percent to charity to be selectable, meaning a person could choose to give 10 percent to charity or more. Thus, they would earn $18 for a new sign up ($2 going to charity in that case).

My question then is two-fold. I just signed up and am brand new to JVZoo. How can I best integrate JV Zoo with Chargify? How is the process really working to register a credit for the sale in JV Zoo? Does the JV Zoo link have to push people over the the Chargify link somehow? Should I skip Chargify altogether? I still need to manage the reoccurring billing though.

To mitigate the complexity of people having different percents they give to charity, could I just assign people to tiers? Meaning some people would be bottom line 5% givers and others would be 10%, 25%, 50% etc. Then could I set it up so they all fall in a bucket to where they would only get the exact amount they are due? Then I assume I would just have to keep track of they amount that is due to charity (a few dollars here and there, which could add up)... Note, I think I have to collect the money that would goto charity myself and send to whatever charity they then choose. (I don't think people would do it on their own initiative if they just received all the money.) Would it be unavoidable that I would have to perform some manual calculation for the amount going to charity? Are automatic split disbursements possible?

Appreciate any ideasAmos
