What Is The Best Method For Putting Affiliate Links On Your Site?

I am promoting offers from CJ. Should I just use a promotions affilaite link they give me or should I use a redirect through my own subdomain.

Should I redirect that through one of my own? So it would be cookiediet.mysite.com?

    I don't know if you should redirect using the exact convention you mention. However, I do know you should cloak and use redirects for your affiliate links - especially if you use clickbank.

    There are quite a number of products that do this, though I can't think of any names right now. Do a search on the forum for "link cloaking" or "link redirects".

    I use CJ as well, but you'd never know it as I use a PHP to redirect to any affiliate offer.

    Just be sure to check the affiliate guidelines for the networks or specific merchants for which you're running promotions. Sometimes a merchant has a specific clause that doesn't allow affiliates to use redirects - though I don't know why.

    REdirect is better.. but how u r doing... CJ not allow the code placed on the page itself.. should be with ancher text.. before they pay will check the logs.. once any thing wrong. will not get any money....
