Best wordpress themes for opt-in sites?

I want a theme such as this xxx.dogproblems.com, but I can´t seem to find a wordpress theme that matches that, anyone have any good ideas which wordpress themes is good to use to get alot of signups? Preferably a theme with a good opt-in box to the left that appears on the right and the names of the posts on the left.

    yeah, discovered I could use "view sourcecode", this theme is very expensive, anyone know any cheaper and similar themes?, preferably free.
