2CO TOC : Can someone pls clarify

Hi warriors,

I was browsing through 2CO prohibited products list here:
https://www.2checkout.com/ppl/

Some items that caught my attention and my doubts in brackets are:

-Buyers Clubs/Membership Clubs (can't I sell a membership site?)
-"Up-Sell" Merchants (up-sell merchants?)
-Offering a Free Gift, Prize or Contest/Sweepstakes entry as an inducement to purchase their product or service (So you can't offer a bonus??)
-Direct Marketing- Subscription Merchants (??)
-Infomercial Merchants(??)
-Selling Products/Services as an Agent for a Third Party(No JVs allowed?)
-Negative response marketing techniques by any type of merchant i.e. customer is automatically charged if they don’t return the merchandise at the end of the free trial period (Wow! So you can't offer free 7 day trials that automatically start charging later??)
-Audio/video text (so what other digital product is left for us to sell?)

Events, Seminars, and other live events are restricted. What are the restrictions, then?

And now some restrictions on Merchants:

- Merchants up-selling or cross-selling products of other merchants and then sharing the cardholder data with the third party or receiving cardholder data from third parties i.e, Data Pass (we Shouldn't be card/card holder data - that's understandable. But can't I upsell/cross sel my partner's products?)
- Merchants splitting the sale across multiple transactions (So you can't offer installment plans?)

Am I blowing the questions out of proportion? May be someone using 2Co here can clarify these for me please?

What I am sure about is there is NO 7 days free trial or even $1 for 7 days trial then a monthly payment.. I am very disappointed from 2CO, you always feel they are way behind Clickbank and Plimus!
