There is no issue with JVZoo and Aweber as long as you set your product flow up correctly. Just make sure you send your buyers back to JVZoo's portal where they can view the receipt and everything is good. The problem is, believe it or not, a lot of people don't ever download products they've bought so they never view the receipt and thus don't get on the Aweber list. The main issue people have is they just take them right to the download after they say no thanks to the OTO. Easy fix, just a set up problem is all.

JVZoo and GetResponse just released something custom we built together that is only available at JVZoo and that is a instant single optin feature for any vendor's using JVZoo upon purchase. So, if the buyer never goes back and downloads the product, they are still getting on your list instantly at the point of purchase and the vendor get's 100% of their optins. You simply create a new GetResponse account through our form field we have set up and GetResponse knows where it comes from and instantly kicks you back the single optin. Nobody else anywhere has this

Send buyers back to jvz's portal? is that a setup process, by clicking some settings on Jvs portal?

or we have to include a link to this portal,, in our follow up emails?
(or we dont have to do this, but we can if we want) ??

will you be doing this for aweber soon?/ in the future?
the same system, set up the field form, so that we get our awebers optins 100% too?

i think you will gain more customers this way, as many people use aweber.

and is there a way to check which marketers are a part of Jvzoo? a list of people using the Jv platform ?

JVZoo is set up with a portal that holds every product a buyer has ever purchased in it from all the vendors. This way, they always know where their products are and they don't have to hunt them down on their hard drive if they lose them.

It's not a set up process, it's just part of the system. So when someone buys, they automatically get taken to the portal and logged in. If there is an OTO and they decide they don't want to buy it, the "no thanks" link should point to https://www.jvzoo.com/nothanks which takes them to the portal where they can download their product. With Aweber, if they do not go back to the portal and view the receipt, as in you just make your no thanks link go right to your front end product download, they won't make it on to your list.

With the new GetResponse system that we custom built with them, the moment someone clicks the buy button and makes a payment, they're going on your list immediately. No matter if they view the receipt or not. So if you created a GetResponse account through our form that let's them know you are selling on JVZoo, you have an instant single optin list, but it has to be done through our form or it won't work. See sig link for better explanation.

This is something with GetResponse that only JVZoo has. It's not open to the general public as in you can just go get it. You have to be a JVZoo vendor to get the instant single optin. It's nothing we did to make it happen other than have some long conversations with the right people at GetResponse (thanks Mick and Jim).

Honestly, I think you are going to see a lot of people switching to GetResponse here very soon. They have become quite active in how they are interacting with the marketing community. What we put together with them is a prime example of it.

We did reach out to Aweber to see about the same thing and have yet to receive any kind of a response.

Do you know as a rough %, your customers who use aweber (not getresonse),

how many of these aweber jvzoos customers 'customers' subscribe to aweber, (as you said getresponse do it 100%)

but how about with aweber? .....After they do they purchase, with this procedure...

A lot of people actually use both and Imnica too so any percentage I would give you could be way off. So it's just depending on what they want to use. We integrate just fine with Aweber, there's no problems there. The only time you run into a problem is if the vendor does not set up the product flow properly. Set it up right and as long as they buyer actually goes and downloads their product, you will get 100% with Aweber.

    Hey Bryan,

I'm new to WSO selling and will launch my first with JVZOO. If I don't have any OTO and add the Aweber list is set up as a single optin (no confirmation), then are there extra steps to have people on the list?

Or I just add the list email and web form ID, then upload the product and I'm done?

    Thanks for your time,

    Tom

you just add the list email and the web form id as you suggest and then you're good to go. Aweber will advise that double optin is preferred but nothing to stop you doing single optin.
