I think he means that he wants to buy traffic at a lower price and send it to his adsense site.

You need to be careful, if your buying real legit traffic then it should be fine. But if your buying traffic thats not going to be interested in the adsense or traffic that clicks but never converts then your going to get into trouble with google.

The answer is clearly a Yes. It's not allowed.
Adsense Arbitrage is violate adsense TOS. It'll danger your account being banned.

First you will see payout drop like hell, then you will see so many clicks no pay, then you will see your account been banned.

I thought Adsense arbitrage was not permitted. Some alternatives are Adbrite, Chikita, Kontera, Infolinks, Bidvertiser... Not sure about their terms though. Probably have to check with each one individually.

    Hi,
I have just started several Adsense sites and I have found the best way to not get banned is to add quality content and rank it well in Google using SEO. Google is getting more and more strict and its just not worth trying to beat the system any more, but rather play by the rules and know you are safe.

Yes... Adsense is just one way to monetize website. There's a lot of other ways you can make money from your paid traffic.

You could use Clickbank/ Amazon/ CPA to monetize the traffic. Monetization is the easiest part when you have targeted traffic.

I would vote a big no for that...that is a dangerous step to take if your primary income is from Adsense

If you arent sure that you cannot protect your adsense account. Then you shouldn't really try it. Otherwise go for it.
But know the risks and prepare for them too.
