Just won a domain on godaddy, went though to the purchase page.
The bar stewards put £23.18 on top.
ICANN fee and VAT! (20%).
I think that's the first time I have ever been charged VAT in the cyber world. They have never charged me that when I used to register domains / ssl certs with them.
I feel ripped off slightly.
