RSS Feed question?

INTERNET MARKETING

not sure if this is the right section but here goes.

basically i want to create a load of INDIVIDUAL RSS feeds for each of my backlink URLs, i'm not talking about creating 20 urls in one RSS feed like what they offer at HTML 2 RSS etc. anyone come across a service which i can use that offers this and can do mass urls?
