Any list manager that does not require subscription?

I don't want to pay monthly subscription with aweber because I seldom send emails. Another thing is that I didn't attach my new CC to my paypal account so recurring subscription is not possible for me at all.

Is there any list manager than requires only to pay every time you send a message to your list? I tried so many but most of them requires monthly subscription, and even I have paypal funds, I can't because they require credits cards.

I appreciate if someone can tell..

Thank you

Mailchimp offers a "pay as you go" email service. So you only pay for the emails you want to send.

listwire.com is free and is a good quality service. Careful about mailchimp. Affiliate marketing is against their TOS.

Well, it looks like it's time for another round of...

    MailChimp hates affiliate marketing

Seriously, if you look at their terms of service, they say outright that you cannot have an account there if you are involved in affiliate marketing.

This does not mean you're not allowed to send affiliate links to your list using the account at MailChimp. It also means you are not allowed to put affiliate links anywhere, or even to have an affiliate program for your own products. MailChimp will delete your account and your list with it.

This has happened to multiple warriors, including myself.

In my own case, no actual affiliate marketing was done; I simply inquired of MailChimp's technical support whether the prohibition on affiliate marketing also prohibited me from telling my customers about the affiliate program on my own products. They responded that affiliate marketing was not permitted and that my account had been terminated, then refused to communicate further on the matter.

Yes, you heard right - my account was terminated for simply asking about affiliate marketing.

Some MailChimp customers will undoubtedly post in this thread about how they use MailChimp and have never gotten in trouble for affiliate marketing. But if you check MailChimp's terms yourself, it says right there in black and white that affiliate marketing is not allowed.

I believe ListWire, TrafficWave, and Constant Contact all have pay-as-you-go plans.
