Should you spill the beans?

Someone offers a product and as a sales method doesn't reveal exactly what is inside. "Secret methods to train your hamster" for example.

1. This trick on page 4 will have hamsters eating out of your hand
2. What you should NEVER do with a hamster, page 22
3. Why hamsters should not be considered rats page 34
4. Doing this could land you and your hamster in jail page 57

Someone sends you an email because they know you've purchased the product, perhaps it was a WSO where you left a comment.. they ask...

What is your experience with this product? So what is the trick on page 4? What would land me in jail? Can I make money with this? What should I never do with a hamster? Any information you could provide would be helpful. I'm thinking to buy, but want some feedback first.

I'm lothe to reply because it doesn't seem like my job to spill the beans. If they have a money back guarantee then that should be used if someone doesn't like the product.

My experience with this type of thing is that those who ask are not serious buyers anyway, but want a freebie. Its just killing them not to know what is being offered. They want the secrets without cost and/or are perhaps worried they already know the secret, but its cleverly hidden in enticing copy. I've bought things like that where I already knew the big "secret" but was taken in by the way it was written.

What would you do if you got this email?
