Amazon has been the "easiest" way of earning a little, although fiverr isn't bad either, especially for newcomers.

Nothing's "easy", especially if you're a newb. Out of the ones you mentioned I would say Adsense or Amazon are probably easier since you don't need to presell much.

Quite simply, there is no one size fits all answer. The longer you look for it, the longer it is going to take you to find out if you are cut out for this business at all. What seems easy to one person is a completely foreign and impossible concept to another.

No one is going to jump in for you and give the magic answer that will help you figure out where you need to go and what you need to do. No one knows you outside of a screen name on a marketing forum. You might not be cut out for business at all. Depressing? Maybe, but it is the cold reality of IM. It's a business and it takes a certain type of person to do it.

You can find out if you are that kind of person by manning up, doing some research, pick a method that logically makes sense to you, and go balls to the wall trying to make it work. If you become successful, your welcome. If not, make the choice to either try something else or stick with your job. There's no shame in it.

I'm aware, and gave a legitimate response to your question. Sorry it doesn't fit what you were hoping for; but I guess I could go write a WSO real quick, throw it in my sig and slyly refer to it?

        Whatever you prefer.

The easiest way is promoting Affiliate Products through Media Buying.

    Example:
Promote Clickbank/ WSO affiliate products through BuySellAds.
Just use direct linking. You are free from SEO, article marketing, build a website, etc...

I disagree. This is probably one of the hardest ways. You need to know copywriting/media buying/tracking/etc. It's not for newbs, and even experienced people have difficulty with this.

I am actually thinking about focusing on clickbank and adsense. Or another option I was going to consider is making a network of niche websites and monetizing them with adsense alone

So affiliate marketing and adsense really? You don't have to just limit to Clickbank products. You don't have to exclude them either. I just think that a lot of people get hung up on the idea that affiliate marketing is only Clickbank books or Amazon physical products.

There is a much wider range of things you can affiliate on the web, from individual companies or networks. It all depends on the niche really. Have you researched to see if there is stuff you can promote outside of Clickbank?

Yeah theres also CPA offers I could promote but for my first site I picked a low comp niche product in the Home & gardening section of Clickbank.

What do you think is the easiest way for a newbie to make money online?
Not what you are doing. You are all over the place. You seemingly are having a hard time making a basic decision and sticking to it. Read your post history if you don't believe me.

You've stopped and started how many new things now? You need to get off the hamster wheel at some point if you are going to succeed at anything.

If someone said affiliate offers through Clickbank or writing short reports or CPA or starting a membership site would you start doing it today or would you keep analyzing it and thinking it through and figuring it out and getting distracted with something "better"?

Quit asking if you aren't going to do what the people you are asking advises. Case in point - I'm not a member and don't know anything about Bring the Fresh but apparently there are a lot of people who have had some success with it. You can't hardly fake all the glowing reviews over many pages. You started it just long enough to figure out it wasn't for you. Why? Sticking to that or this or the other no matter what it is is the only way to get anywhere.

Hope you aren't offended but maybe you need to be. I've been there and did the same stuff you're doing so I speak from experience. Then I figured it out. It comes down to making a decision and a plan and doing something and sticking to it until you succeed. That is the easiest and simplest way for anyone, newbie or otherwise, to make money. Most of these programs work if you work them and stick to them. As with most things it's not the flawed diet plan or earn money program that is causing us to not be successful - it's us and us only.

Hope you figure it out. Good luck.

For the most part yes I maybe all over the place, but if there is one thing that y'all haven't really found out is that I am really a nice person and love to help others in need of help. I am not really a bad guy once you really get to know me. Yeah I joined bring the fresh, it seemed good but to me for the basic membership it just didn't seemed worth it. I actually went back and saw a lot of affilorama videos about affiliate marketing and I understand there videos since they are a lot more clear to my opinion. So I am not really a bad guy, but I am guessing maybe the whole warriorforum does just because I jump from one thing to another. But to me it really comes down to it if you really get to know the person than trying to make money all the time.

No - nobody thinks that at all. We know you're a nice guy (I even know from having exchanged a private message or two with you, a while ago, as well as from seeing your posts).

That's not in contention at all.

Nevertheless, I also totally agree with Mark's post just above, and was really pleased he offered it, because it saved me from some thinking and typing, and all I had to do was "thank" him.

I never said you are bad.

You say get to know people instead of trying to make money all the time. But if you're broke you need customers instead of friends right now.

Of course you have to build relationships. But again the way you're doing it is wrong. People won't think you are bad, I don't think, but maybe they'll think you won't follow up with support on your ebook about building PCs because you've already moved on. Or maybe they'll just stop answering your questions because they are reserving their time for people who are going to listen.

Don't take it personally or maybe you should. Seriously you've got a big issue here. I don't know what FlatBro94 stands for - maybe it's a nickname or something but the first time I saw that and after reading your posts I think it means Flat Broke.

If you want to change that you can but no one can do it for you. You've got to get in control of yourself long enough to make a decision and go with it. Put on your blinders and turn off your email and quit reading the WSO forum or whatever you have to do to focus.

        Scattered? Yes. Bad? Probably not.

Good luck in figuring it all out.

I found out the easiest way to make money is, to do something that has been done all ready.

If you want to make some money find a squeeze page that is all ready done. It all ready has a product on it. All you have to do is put your opt-in code in.

This will come with an eBook for you. You use PDF brand to change the eBook to be yours.

Get at least a weeks worth of good content emails in your auto responder.

Drive traffic to your squeeze page. That is it your done. You should make some money doing this.

Now I think this is a good way to start as you get to see how every thing works.
    How the squeeze should look/work.
How the product looks and the quality it has.
You learn that you need good content for your emails.
And most of all you will find out that your list is full of people and not your bank.

This system is for you to learn and to move on. You can look in my signature as this is the system I am using right now. I have a great page with a great eBook. But the problem is it is not mine. Well it is mine, I own it. I didn't design or make the book. It is a great way to learn and still give value to your customer.

For me, I have learned enough from it now to move on with my own product. I want my own business not a cover over my business. I want to work for me not some one else.

There are thousands of people making money on this forum...with probably hundreds of different business models.

There is no "easy" way to make money online. I think what you might really benefit from asking is "where can I find a simple system to follow, and if I execute that system I have a high probability of making money."

Making money online is not easy (you have to find something that works & execute) but there are several business models that are simple.

My personal favorite is promoting residual income affiliate programs...make a sale once & get paid month after month...if you're promoting the right products, commissions can add up quickly.

 What? People here are trying to help you. Yes, from what others have observed of you it seems like you jump around too much. I haven't seen anyone say "flatbro94 sucks ass" though. They're trying to steer you in the right direction. See the tough love for what it is and act on it.

Or don't. Like I said the first time, this business isn't for everyone and if hard advice is getting you legitimately downtrodden and depressed you might not be cut for this.

I think you're lucky because of your age. You're 10 years younger than me.

You have plenty of time to stop trying to make money online and start trying to build a business.

I would suppose there isn't any one 'easiest' method. Personally, I would recommend most newbies to take the adsense/clickbank road, which is essentially monetizing your sites through advertising and affiliate income. I would recommend SEO over PPC to newbies if budget is a constraint.

On the other hand, contrary to my newbie recommendations, I got started myself the other way round using PPC. It's fast, quick, and within your control. But you pay for it, and dearly if you make any mistakes. So having a budget and time to track your results is crucial.

Sorry but there is just no easy way to start making money online, serious money anyway.

This is a misconception that this forum should strive to fix now.

EASY & Making Money Online just don't go together

Someone said above there is no one size fits all and he is correct. People have strengths and weaknesses and if they don't abide by their own capabilities they will never succeed in life.

Someone might find blogging to be a more suitable task for them b/c they like to write or maybe they want to start will free lance writing. It all depends on the person and what they want to do. Others may want to try their hand at list building.

It isn't as simple as choosing Amazon, Adsense, Clickbank, CJ, when your trying to make money online. You have to figure out what you want to do first and then you have to figure out how your going to drive traffic. The last thing will be motorization.

Newbie's if you want to start making money online now then I would suggest selling stuff on ebay. If you want to build a passive income online then you need to start building a business. Something that works for you - ideas:

A self help blog on something that you have alot of knowledge about.

A video course on doing something online, maybe something that people find hard. For instance how to make your computer faster, show people how to get all that bloat-ware off the computer - how to change there setting to get more speed.

Our maybe a vlog on how to lose 10 pound in 2 weeks. Try it yourself keep records of what you eat and how much you workout, exactly what you did. When you eat and how much you ate. Video tape the scale at the start and then at the finish. I know alot of people who would buy that video course in order to lose 10 pounds. Each month lossing 20 pounds, people love following someone else.

Write and ebook or report about how to build a kite for the summer, or how to build a cool looking dog house, how properly clean a basement, how to save $100 a month on current bills, how to really save money on car insurance - what discounts people could be qualifying for that they probably aren't getting, tell people a quick call to your insurance provide could save you $50-$100 a year.

All these things take research, but in the end you will have a quality business to market and make money on. Instead of just picking a product from the clickbank Marketplace and crossing your fingers.

Warning you can never totally rely on Google Adsense, one day you can have an account - the next day it could be closed. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

I think the easiest way to get started in this business is to promote somebody's product. That way, you do not have to worry about designing the product or doing some other staff. Everything is done for you.
All you have to do is drive traffic to your website and wait for the sales to come.
Do not forget prior to this, you need to build your own list, which a different topic of discussion on its own. Once you have your list, you can introduce whatever you are selling to them. That is how you get started in the begining of this journey.
I hope it helps a little bit.

Any questions do not forget to shout me.

I think this has been said a few times in this thread. All in different examples on the same system.

I used Chris Farrell Membership to get a full understanding from beginning to end.

Once you understand the skills you need, you take action.

Now this thread alone is actually gold for a newbie first starting out. I wish I saw this thread when I first started.

Take all the information from this thread. Understand it. Then take action. That is all there is to it. Understand it, take action-Understand it, take action and so on.

What I've learned from my internet marketing experience, making money is not as important as creating a good list of followers, and then the money will come later. Study the market, go check out Clickbank affiliates, Amazon,...etc. and with so many choices, I'm sure you will be able to make some decisions soon. Basically affiliate is what brings money to a lot of people if you just starting out.

    Good luck to you.

I think Adsense is the easiest thing to get started as you don't need to have that experience to pre-sell something and you get paid because people "click" your ads.

But that's to get started. Then it could be better to move to ClickBank and other Networks that pay a % per sale. When doing so, you'll need to change your "Adsense" mind as you won't get paid "per click" (it's not enough to put a banner). You need to "prepare" your visitors and pre-sell a product before sending them to the url, so they get motivated and buy from you.

    Good luck with that

Well I am going to try to promote this product that is in the Home & Garden Niche on Clickbank called Myboatplans. I set the filters of the gravity to 5 or 6 to 25 or 26. Because I know that either 6 or 5 separate affiliates have made sales with this product. I then came up with a 100 to 200 keyword list and did some keyword research and came up with over 51 keywords to go for. I know that I should diversify my keywords and not go for only one. So I picked a product, I have some keywords that I can go for, now its time to put them into action! ( or categorys if I must say ) I have question is there a way I can change my username to something more serious than flatbro94. Id rather have it be my first and last name instead of a nickname if I am going to take this buisness serious. I also have another question I have a site that I was going to do long time ago and it was for TV reviews from Amazon. But I have learned that it was hard to rank a .info domains? First you can have more than 1 Clickbank Account, I personally think that the username doesn't matter. If you want you can just register a new CB account.
I would suggest that you cloak you links anyway, you don't want to lose commissions.
As for .info domains - I think many can agree it doesn't really matter as long as you build backlinks and market. It's simple hard to rank it doesn't matter what the prefix is.

        Hope this helps!

From there. get better, leverage, and do split tests to see what works best.

Without knowing exactly where you are in your online endeveors I would suggest 1 of 2 things. Either build a blog within the niche of the products you trying to promote or create a squeeze page an build a list and market the products to the list.

One thing you should know - it's not going to be as easy as posting a few links in related forums. You have to market the products to people and the only way your going to do that is through a blog or email campaign.

You have alot of work ahead of you, but your in the right place to learn.

OK, here are a few ways you can market/advertise products -

      1. Email advertising - This is obviously free, but you need a legitimate list of customers who have agreed to receive your emails regarding a product in a niche first. You can't just send it to random people - sorta against the rules. The best way is probably through paid solo ads - if you google it you will find vendors, or you will find plenty right here on the forum. They cost a bit, so make sure you think before you spend. The advantage is you will start building a list, as long as you are promoting something free and have a great looking squeeze page. Thats a lesson for another day. There are free solo ad vendors, but there are literally thousands of people on these promoting the same products, so it is HIGHLY unlikely you will make any sales. But its worth a shot. You can try supersafemailer or something along those lines and see if you are lucky.

      2. Banner ads - When you sign up as an affiliate to promote a product, they will provide you with banners and the html codes for them, in which is embedded you affiliate ID. Go to buysellads.com or any similar site and you can purchase ad space. Once again, you will have to spend to advertise, and there is no guarantee that anyone will click on the advert and you will make a sale.

      3. Blogs - These are probably the best, and the best of all, you don't have to have a clue about anything to promote a product through a blog. You can either get someone to write articles for you, or you could purchase PLR articles for a small fee and post them. Make sure you cloak your affiliate link well, as a clickbank links are ugly-looking.

      4. Have a review website - This requires some know how and skill, so ask a warrior here for help. You can check out warriors for hire section, and they can advise you best.

      5. Mobile ads - This costs again, and I haven't really used it so can't really tell you much about it. Nevertheless, its a way to promote products.

      6. Ezine articles - this website has a MASSIVE database of articles, and is a great way to get your affiliate link out there. Of course, they have become a bit strict with adding links, which means links cannot be placed within the body of the article, but can be placed in the signature section. Of course, do not just use the hop link, the best way is to cloak the link so it looks like a site. Alternatively, if you have a website, direct the reader of your article to your website.

      7. Signatures - When you send out emails to anyone, make sure you have a signature that includes your website address below your name. This will drive traffic to your site, and if you have some good products or reviews on there, there is the odd chance you might make a sale. Not many though.

These are just a few. Its not easy to write everything in one post, and you will have to read and read (and read and read), watch videos on YouTube and google any questions you have to search for the answer. Be active on this forum and you will learn a ton for free. Sign up to affiliate programs and see the materials they send you and the ways they think you can promote their product. Use these strategies and you will start to make some dosh.

Good luck - I hope this has helped you. My fingers are starting to hurt now.

    Here is my 2 cents......

I am just getting over the shiny object syndrome myself, but you know what.... you should never stop learning and studying trends to find out whats hot.

First off tho you simply MUST have a devoted WORK TIME. That means no FB chatting, no learning, no buying (unless its ads), no forum posting (use a seperate time alotment for promotion), just pure implimentation of what you are trying to accomplish.

If its adsense, use it correctly. Go for high bidding keywords like finance. $10 a click VS $.75 using google keyword tool. Start a simple wordpress blog on a good subject (niche) like finance (dont need to know a thing about it). This easy to do even for a newbie. Choose a dot com with your niche name in it. Buy some cheap plr rights articles in your niche to use and change for your blog. I just bought a bunch today for $4 after simple google search. Granted they are not always the best quality but you have the right and I ALWAYS suggest you make significant changes to make them unique and in your writing style. Post them at regular intervals and even back log them to automatically post itself on certain day. Build backlinks from directories, forum posting, blog posting where permitted, or simply buy them. The more organic the better. Make sure your on page SEO is doing good- use H1 H2 H3 tags, good use of keyword, do NOT keyword stuff. Good titles. Good descriptions. Place your adsense codes above the fold of the screen wherever possible. Adsense even has a chart for the best spots on your page for best results. Use your widgets wisely, its a great place for adsense and you can even throw in a related clickbank product. My final advice is to keep your adsense site to yourself!!! I mean as far as friends and family. My friends wanted to help and clicked my adsense alot and it got me banned. Do not click on your own links at all costs and take this very seriously. You could have earned alot in income and clicks and google will take it all away with the littlest infraction.

So I hope this helps you on the adsense front. I had to pay pretty good money just to learn those few little tidbits I gave you there.

Remember not to give up!!. I am confronted everyday by a wall trying to stop me. You have three options. Turn around and go back. Climb the wall and go over it. Or BUST THROUGH IT!!!!

I might not get this quote exactly right but...... Thomas Edison is famous for saying "I didn't find one way to make a light bulb , I found a 1000 ways how Not to make one." We all fail here and there, but its how we deal with it that defines us.

The thread about staying motivated and focused is a good one...well should check it out from time to time. Sorry.. got on my soap box for a minute :-) Hope this helps someone.
One last thing...the most consistent and stable big earners online actually try and help other people. The money begins to flow regularly after you realize that.

    James

The difference between those you "want" vs. those who "succeed" ... is the difference between "dreamers" and "doers".

There are numerous online business models and paths to success -- the commonality of successful online enterprises lies in taking ACTION, and never giving up! If you encounter a mountain -- go around it, tunnel through it, climb over it, or blow it up.

Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off of your goal!

    easiest?

    1) get an AdSense account, and answer questions on WebAnswers. It's as simple as that. Pick a topic you know a lot about, and make sure you write the best answer, because that's how you make the most money.

    2) Fiverr gigs. Look what others are doing, give better value than they are. Don't just put up your gigs and wait for people to find you, scan the "wanted" section and reply rapidly with custom gigs.

    3) Create Squidoo lenses. Just write about things you know about, and you'll make some money. Simple as that. If you want to learn about backlinking, tags, keyword analysis etc. you can make more profit for your time.

You could do all 3 of those ideas within a few hours, and be making a little bit of money. 1) won't make much for your time, but is very very easy to start. 2) can do well. 3) can make unlimited amounts of money (if you are willing to do unlimited amounts of work!), if you learn how to make the best use of it, plus you learn valuable skills for other more lucrative IM methods.

    Get a sales funnel set-up.

    Example:

    One time offer

Then promote affiliate programs in your follow-up messages

Create your own products - and recruits affiliates to promote them.

Flatbro94, You're getting lots of good answers, but perhaps you're asking the wrong question.

If you're flitting from one thing to another, perhaps the question should be, "How can I find my passion?"

In my experience, a task appears to be much easier if you're passionately interested in the topic. It's even better if you're doing something that makes you feel useful, that makes you feel good about yourself, your place in the world, and your future.

My first website, in 1996, published recipes for people who, like me, needed gluten-free recipes. Because I was intensely interested in the subject, it was easy for me to spend LOTS every available hour on it. I'd get a buzz when people emailed me to thank me for helping them. These days, I get a buzz when people thank me for my Free Affiliate Program Tutorial.

If work doesn't seem like work because you've become so engrossed in the subject, it will be easier for you to write lots of articles and create a large website, which has worked well for me (but you have to find what feels right for you).

Large websites are wonderful, because the more pages you have, the more chances you have of being found for all sorts of obscure phrases. I know from my own experience that if you own a large website it's possible to be found each month for 15,000 or 20,000 different long-tail phrases. And that includes a LOT of phrases that you didn't target.

Owning a large website is also likely to create useful long-term revenue, as your traffic grows, your newsletter grows, and perhaps if some of the products you promote pay residual commissions.

Good articles on a website can earn you continuing revenue for a LONG time. I had an assistant write a couple of cases studies nearly a decade ago and, with the help of those articles, I still earn thousands of dollars a month from one affiliate program, even though I'm doing much less work these days.

Another benefit of finding your passion is that you don't have to be perfect. When you're writing enthusiastically about a product, your genuine enthusiasm will shine through. Your readers will overlook a few typos if the info you give provide is genuinely useful.

Even in affiliate marketing alone, you have a staggering number of options. I once wrote a two-part article on 53 ways to make money from affiliate programs, and I was just getting started.

Design your own business around your own strengths and interests. If you're not intensely interested in anything, don't despair. It's possible to BECOME intensely interested in something if you immerse yourself in it.

Think long term. Don't think about making money. Think about building a business that provides something useful, something that people WANT. Do that, and the money will flow.

I hope that helps more than it confuses.

In my experience as a newbie back then, among "AdSense, Clickbank and Amazon", Adsense is the "easier" way to earn money online. Efforts are still required to make things happened but it is easier cause you do not need to promote or sell ... you just need good informative sites that will encourage people to click to find out more info about the ads.

My advice is to create a new thread asking about the hardest ways to make money online that have a big upside. Learn the skills necessary and go that route instead.

This forum is largely about easy money sources that require no skills. The stuff talked about here is usually the equivalent of minimum wage day laborer positions, only worse. If you need money right now, look offline for it. Online, go big or don't go at all. Don't be the 99% of this forum that are stuck in lifetime newbie mode because they just don't understand that "no skills easy money" has no upside. You'll earn a couple bucks here and there, but that's the extent of it. Fiverr, article marketing, list building etc... as a primary means of sales is the purgatory of online business. Do not go there.
