hi, need your help members...

so i won this keyword auction already for this keyword domain name.... after doing some adword tool research, this niche item keyword has EXACT local searches of 20,000 per month with google competition at "medium" and CPC around $3.xx, however currently big review sites like cnet holds the #1-#2 spots (screen shot of top 10 competition), so im thinking since its a review site, i can easily beat it sorta like Amazon sites too.... is that the right logic? whats your opinion, good, great or not good of deal for about $200 bucks?

I wouldn't pay $200 for it. However, it depends on how much you're willing to put into it. There ARE a lot of PR 0 on there but the average PR is over 3, which as a rule of thumb I steer away from. However, you have a good chance of getting on the first page with a lot of work, but probably not in the top 3
