Best Article Site that Allows Direct Affiliate Links

15 replies
I'm having problems posting to hubpages right now so I'm looking for another site that will allow me to post a link to an affiliate offer.I've gave squidoo a try and only got two hits, and then later posted that same article and got plenty of traffic, so squidoo is my last choice. Do any of you guys have any suggestions?

    A suggestion you could;
    A- Buy cheap .info domains and redirect your affiliate like to them, then use the urls in hubpages.
    B- Create different videos Animoto - Video Slideshow Maker with Music with your affiliate links in the descrption.
    C- Create Squidoos, blogs, social bookmarks with your links, all can be used in hubpages. you get the idea.

  • Hi, by my side I always used Squidoo with optimal results in terms of visit and sales. I found it to be good especially for selling Amazon products, but it is opened to any niche.

    The key is writing good and interesting content, like personal reviews in a friendly tone.

    See you soon,
    Alessandro

    Yes.

    Start learning and understanding, from some of the hundreds of threads in this forum explaining why nobody makes a living from direct-linking, that this isn't the way forward for you, isn't a real business, and isn't the answer to your problems.

    This post will help you, but only if you're willing to read it: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5210243 (you can more or less susbstitute the words "affiliate sales" where it says "ClickBank sales").

    I've heard you can post affiliate links on your own website. Oh, and you can post your own articles there as well.

    Who'd have known...

      Revolutionary news!

      And on behalf of all those who have been mildly irritated every time Mr. Morbitly posts, please for-the-love-of-Goat, "morbitly" is not a word. Morbidly is, however.

        • Before anyone gets on me for being a grammar gendarme, I've kept quiet for the last 144 posts.

          But as noted savant Popeye once said, "I've taken all I can takes and I can't takes no more!"

            If we're going to be pedantic about it (and why not? I don't know how I've held my peace for 144 posts, either), "accoun" isn't quite a word, either. :rolleyes:

            I know, I know: the "t" didn't come out, because it was too long.

            Look, this is like selecting domain-names. You can drop the "PayPal" bit because that's trademarked anyway, correct the spelling of "morbidly" as fLufF wisely suggests, and get the "t" in as well: MorbidlyObeseAccount. Surely an improvement? I mean, if you like that sort of thing. All you need to do is open a Help Desk ticket and ask for a username change ...

    MorbitlyObesePaypalAccoun post to your website and get the article indexed there first.

    If you cant afford a dedicated website, use your old website and create a directory and include a redirection code in the index.php file in that folder.

    Example:
    in yourpersonalblog.com/affiliateproductname folder create a index.php file and paste the below code

    Code:
    <?php

       header( 'Location: affiliatelinkhere.com' ) ;

    ?>
    This way you are NOT direct linking and you have the control to change the link in future

    Well Equanto, I can see that you are adept at finding articles that are two years old, and no longer correct.

    (for the original of Equantos article check here: The Top 10 Article Directories )

    Buzzle does not allow self serving links anymore. From their "become an author page"

    Buzzle.com no longer accepts marketing type articles including those with external links.
    So, do you have anything useful to add?
