Continuity Payments w/Paypal?

I'm ready to launch a continuity product on my site. However, I'm looking for a better way to accept payments if I can.

Right now I sell everything through paypal, but the thing I don't like is their subscription capability - it's not "forced", in that you can cancel at anytime. I'd prefer something that locked subscribers into set blocks of time with automatic renewals.

Does paypal have anything like this? I looked, but didn't see anything. I was going to email them, but they've never responded to any email I've ever sent them, so I'm not going to waste my time.

    Why would you want to sell a subscription that people could not cancel?

    That's just asking for trouble.

    I was thinking along the lines of like a gym membership. That sort of thing.
