So, I've been sitting here, reading questions like...

What's The # Way To Get Traffic
What's The #1 Way Get A Product
Whats the #1 Way To Get To The Top of Search Engine Rankings...

And I have to say, INMHO, the Number One Way To Get anything....

BUY IT.

There you go, the Ultimate Answer (and it's not 42 if that's what you were thinking... you know who you are)

I'd have to respectfully disagree.

Personally, I don't think there's a 'number one' right way to do anything. Different things work for different people. There's no better teacher than failure.

bought traffic, yikes.... ;/ worst quality, pop-under or bot traffic usually...never converts...

  I have the whole 'trilogy' in one a leatherbound, hard cover. It was hilarious to watch the movie though.. you could tell who read the book and who didn't.

I disagree, blogging with keywords that have no competitors is like taking candy from a baby. Its easy, free traffic. Of course, it takes a while to get the knack of it.
