Anybody here use a 'dashboard' to track their online empire?

Hey everybody,

I have about at least a dozen fairly sophisticated sites, each of which have many different functions occurring, like opt-in forms, evaluations, data collection, registrations, etc.

Does anybody here have a single dashboard application where they go to monitor at a glance the activity level of all of these different things going on?

I'm looking at the dashboards of from some of the business intelligence open source projects, and frankly its too much of a beast. Right out of the gate, I'm managing it instead of the business. Unfortunately, the product/information they deliver is almost exactly what I want.

Any suggestions, ideas or recommendations?
