Clickbank and craigslist a good idea?

Im thinking about posting an ad on craigslist for my website but wanted to know the experience that others had with it first. My website is a review of a product that I am promoting so I wont to have to worry about it being blocked because of a redirect that I heard was messing up a lot of people. Any help is much appreciated.

Here's how I conquered Craigslist. I started using this system over a year ago and have never looked back. It also works very well on Backpage and Facebook. Give it a whirl How To Make Money On Craigslist | Make Money Craigslist Good luck

Looks like you're making money on craigslist by telling people how to make money on craigslist.

I'm personally not feeling this because if you're really making money, that means everyone is selling your same stuff, trying to teach everyone else how to use the same system to make $ on CL, which means if this was successful you should technically have a lot of competition on CL.

So let me just cut to the chase. If you're making good money on CL, with a proven system, why not just scale the system up vs showing other people how to compete against you? Seems like more work for less gain imo.

Anytime I see MMO listings on CL I make it a point not to click the ads. It also seems I see different systems far too often to believe any individual system is that successful. Maybe I'm just a skeptist but I don't like the idea.

On another note, I see people selling various other things that I could imagine actually making money. Things like foreclosure listings, and other more traditional things that ALWAYS seem to be on CL.

You can also probably get creative, come up with a cool/original product, and use CL to promote it. Maybe you can gather a bunch of unique/hard to get sounds and sell them to musicians. Or pet products like a guide on how to control canine diabetes (I've looked everywhere for something like this and have never found anything). Just think outside the box, find pains that people have that aren't easy to find solutions for, make a solution, bank on it.

Thats just how I view it.

Yeah I agree. Why would you sell something about making money with Craiglist if you are already being successful with it? If it is a successful method as you implied, then you should keep it for yourself. You are basically bringing more competition to yourself by telling people about this.

I used Craigslist and made $250 my first post. Craigslist is a little tricky to use.

Craigslist was a good place to post ads, unfortunately it is getting too saturated with all this MMO ads.

Don't get me wrong, you may still get little traffic....

Any traffic is better than NO TRAFFIC right?

I like to use craigslist but you must be very careful on the wording because people go flag crazy on it. If someone notices you are selling a clickbank product most likely you will get flagged. When you figure out how to word and place your ad in a way that people like it, it can be very fruitful with leads and sales.

Tangible items sell better. If you're into this kind of thing, you should consider selling on craigslist and ebay.

I've tried promoting Clickbank products on Craigslist, and it can be very hit & miss. You certainly can make the method work, but be realistic with your expectations.

If you expect to post 1 ad & make 5 sales...that is probably not very realistic in most cases...on the other hand, if you are willing to post 5 ads to make 1 sale, then that is a much more realistic & attainable goal.
