Create Quality Site/Content to Sell Garbage?

I do have a conscience. I have read many people stress to the noobs to focus on quality content, give to the audience etc... What's the point if your going to sell a ^%^% 7 page ebook that isn't worth a dime?

When I scan through the products available to sell from ClickBank in the niches I am interested in I worry about how angry I would be to buy a garbage product, putting myself in the shoes of the end user. Then I suddenly realized what people on this forum mean when they ask a warrior offering a WSO for a REVIEW COPY. Do we do that with the products prior to attaching my website's name and reputation to a product?

If I am going to aim to sell 1,000 copies of someone's ebook, I want to know the content is good. Is this the wrong approach? How do you know you are not ripping off your audience? Not to mention being able to read or review it extends to the promoter's ability to greatly enhance the appeal because they know what the contents are.

This stye of garbage is more common than you expect.
Many are just starting out, sincerely thinking that this is the way to do IM. Others are just hoping to make a quick buck and proceed to the next "I made 1 million in 2 months scheme."

On the flip side of the coin, some "buyers" are just serial refunders and serial review copy getters.

So caveat emptor. Having an office address, tel, reviews, profile pic does not necessary mean the seller has credibility. Having tons of post does not make a buyer genuine.

The garbage sifting I was asking about are the publisher's themselves. How as a webmaster do I ensure my website visitors are being offered a high quality product?

I have seen some very high quality ebooks, but sadly like everyone else some serious trash too. How do you know you are not ripping off your readers? This question should be of especially high value for people building a mail list, an authority site or community style membership site I would think.

Well, you won't have time to review millions of submissions per month if you are the publisher. Besides, publishing is a numbers game. More articles = more chance to gain a profit.

      .
You buy the product yourself before offering it to your customers. Or you contact the vendor, direct them to your site, explain that you would like to promote their product and ask them if they will send you a review copy.
