Database of 400,000 how-to Keywords. Worth How Much?

I have compiled a database that contains 400,000 how-to keywords. It has all the info that you can get from Adwords Tool as well as number of results found in google SERP's for each keyword when searching with and without quotation marks.
It has global CPC data and global and local search volume for 5 countries (US, UK, CA, AU, IN).

How much would you charge for monthly membership?

I am about to launch the website as soon as I get the sales copy done.

Here's the reason why I compiled the database. As you can see Adwords only suggests 16 keywords when you search for 'how to'. Below is the images from my website.

    I think the easiest and best way to know how much you should charge your product is by looking at the competitors.
    Look for competitors that have similar product as yours and the product is sold well. Just follow their price. The price has been proven accepted by market and proven to convert into sales.
