Exact Match Domains/Niche Sites...Does .CA work?

Hi guys ,

I'm wondering..if I can find a popular clickbank product for example and get the exact domain for it, but it is .CA instead of .COM, does that still work?? what about for Amazon products as well?

Also because .MX is relatively new, I notice a lot of big names are still avaliable, is it worth spending $50 for those domains if you can get a big name CB product?

I'm a newbie IM ..please be kind!

    If you are not infringing on the trademark (unlikely with clickbank products) you can get .ca, but why would you buy .mx. There are a lot of other ccTLD's that are a lot cheaper? Doesn't matter if you take .mx, .im or .es they'll rank the same.

    Anthying works but the problem is many people may not click on a link that has a .ca domain in it. People tend to click more on .com, .net and .org domains and that is the reason that they are more sought after and valued more. My suggestion is to look for one of the above three domain types of domains which will serve you better in the long run. When you no longer need the site it will also fetch you a greater value.

      My domain is a .ca because I am Canadian. I think it's a good idea for a Canadian co. to have a .ca domain. I dont think I'd pay much attention to a .mx domain.

    The fact is it's a myth that .com is favored aboue the rest, I, in fact have ranked many domains in tough competition serp rankings with domain extensions like .Biz, .info, etc..
