copyright question (not content copy)

Hey kids....
I am in the process of starting a membership site.
It has nothing to do with internet marketing.
Would I be able to give content (that I purchased) to my members?
I would not be selling it but I would be giving it to them to assist in their marketing efforts (real estate).

Would I be breaking copyright laws or is this a grey area that some already do?

Any advise would help.

Just check their terms or email and ask them. Some will allow and some won't.

When they say PLR they mean that you can "Re-brand" these products with your name, you can use your own graphics, or even change the products format such as turn the product into a Camtasia video set, or maybe turn it into a physical book to sell on Amazon, the possibilities are endless.

I dont think it will be illegal if it's PLR, but to keep people in your membership site, you will need extremely high quality content and resources... not stuff you can buy that has been rehased 500 times over.

For instance, Dave, you buy from me a legal report for real estate agents addressing marketing legal compliance. You like the report so you give away copies to your members.

    Or,

You buy Madonna's latest CD. You like the music so much you give away copies to your members.

    Or,

You buy Steve Jobs autobiography. You find it really stimulating so you make copies to give away to your members.

Why would you think any of this is not intentional copyright infringement?
