Amazon Kindle /Google SEO serps question...

Why do some Kindle Books have Review Starts in the serps and link to the direct page and others do not and contain and Amazon category link right below the main link?

Also I have notice some of those that have review starts do not match the reviews on the actual Amazon page.

I actually have a highly reviewed book that I would like the stars to show up in the google search but they are not.

I don't get why some do and some don't?

Or are people inserting code into their amazon page to get the stars?
