I logged into my Kunaki account and saw this:

March 3, 2009 -- We are not accepting new customers until April 1, 2009 due to an explosive increase in demand and new publishers. Kunaki will continue to double it's capacity every 6 months. Kunaki will utilize its existing capacity to serve existing customers until April 1, 2009.
Existing publishers can continue to order.

March 3, 2009 -- As we increase our capacity to meet the explosive new demand orders will be somewhat delayed.

Apparently, not everyone is suffering from a recession. Ironic, since a local DVD maker just laid off all 200 of its workers...

It seems that they are busy with fullfiling PPC Classroom and Mass Control orders.

Do they ship to the world from US or Europe?

I wonder how long the delays are? Anyways, I guess it's good that they are swamped with orders. Maybe now they can afford a BETTER CREATION SYSTEM than that stupid exe file download. I freakin hate that thing.

Sounds like what they need is another entrant to the market. There are plenty of dvd duplicator shops, but how many of them offer an API for their ordering system? Is Kunaki's system proprietary? I'd love to get my hands on a system like that.
