Do you make a good monthly income from clickbank?

I have been thinking about clickbank for a while now, and I finally thought about going with it.

I just need someone to talk to who has experience with clickbank and is currently making a living from clickbank. Not to say I want to make a living, but as a newbie some monthly cash.

So what I am getting to is that I want to have a nice little chat with one of you clickbank gurus, if any of you could take some time pff and have little chat with me on skype or any ther Im place I would gratly appreciate it

Your question might be one that other newbies might have also. That is the purpose of a forum. You get the questions that you have answered and thus others that might have the same question are enlightened also.

I think Clickbank still gives a good monthly income for both the vendors and the affiliates.

Just read this Tim Ferriss' article about a Clickbank Vendor who make $1,000,000/ month with his Clickbank product:

It is better to discuss here for newbies. I wanna tell you that click bank is a great source of earn a lot of money if you have great skill on marketing. All though you have to sell a product with good manner otherwise you will fall behind.

You really just need to think of Clickbank as a merchant account.

Initially you will be the one driving most of the traffic. You find (and train) affiliates, etc. There isn't anything super magical (or bad) about Clickbank.

Mike Geary, who someone referenced above, would still sell $1,000,000+ per month with or without Clickbank. Maybe a touch less...but he is the one driving most of the traffic and sales to his product.

I make a nice income from Clickbank... as a vendor. I get access to the customer name, and then i market to them over and over again - and get them to buy more of my backend products.

Clickbank, like any other business model, reqires basically two things:

1. Traffic delivered to your offer

2 an unwavering ability to FOCUS and take consistent ACTION.

Of course there are other factors, but these 2 items will make most business models profitable.

Yes... although a lot of people still make money from Clickbank, it is not a magical land. You could not just launch a product on Clickbank, sit calmly, and see sales are rolling in. It will not happen.

You still need to bring traffic to your sales page. Clickbank just help you to process the payment and expose your product to affiliates.

Just look at Mike Geary, the author of 'Truth about Abs'. He use Adwords Display Network and other type of Media Buyings to get traffic to his Clickbank product. He still do marketing to make afiliates want to promote his products.
