I usually use Fb for driving traffic and it increases fairly when I post my article on the fan page. I spend some 15 minutes.

Usually I stay 10-15 hours a day. Because it is very necessarily to stay on internet and look over my websites and audience.

10 to 12 hours a day. However, I am taking every 4 hours 15 minute break.

I am bit worried too that perhaps this could affect my health.

    Sincerely,

I spend minimum 4 hours a day on the internet. I spend my time reading about many things and of course improving my knowledge on IM.
There are days when I spend 8 or even 10 hours online but those are days which I don't have anything else to do.

I spend less time now that I outsource a lot of my business. When I was first starting I would easily spend 10 to 15 hours a day on the Internet. Now, I may spend more like 6 to 8 on the weekdays only.

I spend probably 10 to 12 hours at my PC, studying, coding and designing but only spend half that time on the internet. I suppose it depends what i need to get done in the day.

    Hey

I spend around 4 hours a day, depending on what I am doing. The rest of the day is spent on the computer preparing things like reports, articles, website content then posting it.

I try to keep my time productive and limit the time I spend on Forums and webinars to around an hour or two a day. I also try to keep my learning to a minimum unless I am trying to educate myself in a new product or subject of IM that will be productive to my business.

In IM it is very easy to be distracted by the next shiny object, or lose confidence in what you are doing by reading something, someone has wrote on a forum that contradicts what another marketer has said. It is very important to stick with what you are doing and keep working towards what your plan and goal is.

    There's some interesting results here.

Even when I'm not "working" I am still on the internet
be it social media or other entertainment. In this type of
work, I think it's okay to mix business & pleasure...

I'd say at least 10 hours a day though when all is said and
done even if I am out on client meetings, gym, etc. during
    the day.

I need to invest in a better chair though...ouch!
